Linda K Childers

Linda was the main reason I became wary of practitioners. After our first exam I cried and switched to a different nurse. As a young woman experiencing one of her first intimate exams, I was shocked when she dismissed my questions and concerns. She even had the audacity to say with disgust “do you always bleed this much?” during my pap smear. I had no idea why she was being so harsh with me. When I expressed concerns about my birth control pills and monthly cycle she rudely said “Well you’re not pregnant” and rolled her eyes. That wasn’t even my concern. But, of course, she didn’t care about me or what I was experiencing. I do not know how Linda still remains in practice and I know I’m not the only one who experienced her ineptitude. There are doctors and nurses out there who care about their patients and take time to inform them about their health. Linda is not one of them.
