I graduated from Adams State University in 2021 with a master's degree in counseling, I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC). I have worked in the non-profit world for years and I have helped people of different ages and backgrounds. I take a person-centered approach to counseling and use a variety of modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). You can expect to find new ways of framing your world so unhealthy patterns can become positive; I will help you face your fears and feel empowered to take on different obstacles in life.
