We are on this journey together called life with unexpected turns, challenges, detours, appointments, disappointment and just trying to get home. We all responds to these challenges differently and sometimes we need help to get through. As a Mental Health Professional and a scientist of the soul, I prefer a holistic and integrative approach because it is inclusive to your needs and bringing together different elements to reach your goals. I take the view that no single approach can provide healing in all circumstances, experiences and situations. You are free to experience change on your terms because I believe in you because "hope differed makes the heart sick...".
I graduated with a BA in psychology in 1997 and a MA in Counseling Psychology in 2005. I am currently licensed in Texas as a LPC-S. I am also a Board Certified National Certified Counselor.
