Worse staff ever. They didn't even know how to process orders, never followed up on any request or pending orders. I spent more than 3 months waiting for answers and between the front desk guy Jose and the "office manager" Elisha who did not know anything about health insurance or referrals, not to forget their attitude. Dr. Sola is very nice when it becomes to talking, but defending the indefensible, she is going nowhere. Worse staff and customer service ever experienced in my life. I work in the health system and never, never in my life had experienced anything like this office before..lack of communication, non sense working staff and unacceptable attitude. Mediocre staff in every sense of the word. Will never recommend her.

She is a bully and treats patients in a condescending and judgemental way. She pushed me to go against my values. She lacks integrity. She’s coercive and relies on manipulation to “practice medicine.” She lied and then treated me like I was being dishonest. Then, she sent me for tests I didn’t need or want. Her staff is lazy and doesn’t care about you as a patient. Very disappointing.
