Dr. Marshall Jackson Robinson, PhD

I saw Marshall Robinson twice a week for several years. He was my first therapist. I do not recommend him for sensitive women’s issues or humanistic/ relational trauma -informed therapy. He is accomplished with CBT, but that is not a good fit for everyone. He did more damage rather than helped.

I saw Dr. Robinson for several years twice a week. He lacks the empathy and compassion to work effectively with women’s issues surrounding trauma. He is likely a fine CBT therapist for shorter term therapy, but he doesn’t provide a safe container in which to process trauma, but rather allows it to be reexperienced.
