I love working with Dr. Cools, she truly shows care for me as her patient, always knows my history at every appointment so it's clear she remembers me, and she always listens to all of my concerns about what is going on with me and never makes me feel like I'm overreacting or being overly sensitive about things. She just makes me feel so at ease and that I can share every issue I have going on with her, and she truly listens and shows that she just wants me to feel better.
