Dr. Garrett Wayne Walker

My first visit with Dr. Walker. My physician left the practice. Dr. Walker was easygoing and friendly. The purpose of my visit was a mid-year med check, so short and sweet, but an opportunity to decide if I want to continue with Dr. Walker. I will. Everyone was on time. I have been a long time patient of the practice.

Dr Walker was very reassuring and welcoming to me as a new patient. I feel I am in safe hands and I’m very pleased he is my PCP.

Pleasant and thorough -answered all my questions

He listened well. Explain things well. Moved forward quickly, ordering testing, reading results.

I’ve had great experiences with Dr. Walker. He is very knowledgeable and takes his time to explain his thoughts and listen to my thoughts. I’m not afraid to bring anything up to him. He’s punctual and provides handouts for what was discussed. He and his team are also great at using the portal to communicate.

Nash did a great job with getting vitals and meds reviewd. Would have liked to have Dr in while student was there so wouldn't have to go over everything again. Dr walker was very good and helpful and we now have a care plan in place. Will be changing to Dr walker as my pcp.

Dr Walker is my kind of doctor. He’s well versed in medicine. His wealth of knowledge is impressive and relieving to someone like me, who’s been “hurt” by other doctors lack of knowledge and lack of humility. I feel confident in his advice and in his care giving…even if it’s something I don’t want to hear. He’s assertive and direct and I respect that.

I saw Dr. Walker for the first time yesterday and I was so pleased with his thorough examination and diagnosis with just one visit. I know now he’s the doctor that I want to have us by primary.
