Dr. Kristen Diora Robertson

Had an ER stay 7.25.24, evidently Kristen Robertson had some involvement. I have paid every bill i knew of, however, there was some communication error, and instead of having her office pick up a phone, saying I owe another "$58.00", she thought it would be great to send over to a collection service. I called Matagorada Regional multpiple times, they confirmed my account has a zero balance and in fact mailed a check back because I had over paid an invoice! I explained this to the collection office, however, still continued to get harrassed over $58.00! I had sent and paid a $20.00 invoice from her office, I over paid Matagorda Medical, so obviously I pay my bills. It wasnt until I called Victoria Emergency Assoc that I discovered the issue. They are sending robo calls, instead of having a human call to discuss. My phone does not accept robo calls, therefore once again, Mrs. Robertson deemed it appropriate to turn me over to collections again for 58.00. I have called multiple… times to speak with Mrs. Robertson, however, she has yet to return my calls and messages. I hope she get this message. Which is this. If you find nessasry to ruin peoples credit over 58.00, and if 58.00 is that important to you that you see fit to damage peoples good credit, although every bill received was paid and issued, then you may need to find another career maam or learn how to save your money, or better yet, if your going to hire someone to do you billing, make darn sure they are competent enough to handle the job, its a direct reflection on you! I have mailed a check today, I hope you enjoy it since it is so much needed. I will also be sending you an invoice for my time wasted trying to figure out why I owe you 58.00, but mine will be alot more, then when I dont get paid, perhaps turn you over to collections as well maam.
