Dr. Krystal Nicole Mitchell

I went to see Dr Mitchell to have a mole (that was changing color) removed. She never called and told me the results. I called and left several messages. I found out it was cancerous because her office referred me to a surgical oncologist. Never did she call to set up an appt or explain the results. No after care at all. No one should be able to see this doctor. If you have stage 2 melanoma, your doctor should set up an appt and call you. She never did. Horrible.

After waiting over an hour, Dr Mitchell was very kind and addressed the mole she was removing (reason for visit). HOWEVER, after the biopsy, I NEVER got a scheduled call back. I called several times. She did call once, but since I wasn't expecting the call, so I missed it. I did, however, get a call a month after the original visit, from a surgical oncologist"s office that Dr Mitchell's office apparently referred me to. So yes, I found out my mole was cancerous before she ever called me or told me about the results. NO, I am not making this up. I called and called and none of my phone calls were returned. She never did a full body check which is a common thing to do when you see a dermatologist. Please don't go to her or this office. What she did about not caring about results was horrific. I don't wish that on anyone.
