Dr. Lisa Michelle Mcmahon

I waited over two hours past my appointment time to see Dr. Mcmahon. She acted as if this is completely normal. I don't know if she is a new doctor, or just lacks people skills & good bedside manners.I have left 7 messages for Dr. Mcmahon to call me back...none have been returned.On a positive note, I don't have any complaints of when I was actually in her office for my annual PAP.

By the end of the visit I liked Dr. McMahon, but at first I was not impressed by her bedside manor. I stood, put my hand out (to shake), and introduced myself when she walked in the exam room, and she just looked at me and said "you can sit" and did not shake my hand or acknowledge my hand being out in any way. She did however address all of my concerns and spent appropriate time with me. Her receptionist however was rude and unprofessional. She spoke down to me and had a mouth full of food. I almost left before my appointment because I was so put off by the receptionist.
