I was with another provider at the same practice and asked to switch to a different doctor. Joe W. would not let me pick my doctor and assigned me to Mercy Eigbike. As soon as the appointment started she said she was taking me off of the only anxiety medicine we knew stopped my anxiety attacks. When I asked her what I should do for my anxiety attacks from now on she said go to the ER. (Seems like they are trying to bill more by sending me to the ER). It felt like a punitive attack orchestrated by Joe W and Mercy to make me suffer for reporting their fellow providers bad behavior. I sat with her for the full hour and at the end she tried to say I left the appointment early and should have to pay cash. Gave no alternative medicine for my anxiety attacks. Ironic someone with the name Mercy has none. Also, she is really quite and kind of mumbles to herself during appointment. Do not recommend.
