I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Louisville, Kentucky with over 10 years of experience in the field of mental health offering weekend and evening telehealth services to teens and adults as they manage issues related to stress, relationships, anxiety, and depression. My unique schedule offers the ability for those I serve to find the support and guidance they need outside of traditional business hours, thus allowing them to pursue self-care without jeopardizing other work and/or school commitments.
While I have experience providing treatment for diverse populations/needs, I specialize in treating anxiety disorders and I am trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (an evidence-based form of psychotherapy that uses acceptance, mindfulness, and behavior modification strategies to alleviate symptoms of anxiety and increase psychological flexibility).
