Hi, I’m Dr. Mihaela Ivan Holtz. I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. I’m certified in Psychoanalytic Therapy, Attachment-EMDR, and also by the International EMDRIA. My approach blends Attachment EMDR with psychodynamic and psychoanalytic relational therapy, drawing on the neuroscience of psychotherapy and interpersonal neurobiology.
I specialize in helping people who feel stuck in emotional conflicts, relational trauma, anxiety,,depression, creative blocks, or performance anxiety. I have extensive experience working with creatives, performers, and artists of all kinds—writers, actors, musicians, fine artists, producers, directors, designers, and creative entrepreneurs. I believe that growth and healing happen through relationships and connections, and an attuned therapeutic relationship is at the heart of my work.
