I had meniscus surgery a few weeks ago and am already back to hiking and running. Just wish it wasn't so hot so I could run more! Its not my knee holding me back anymore

I tore my proximal biceps tendon and was told nothing could be done and to just leave it alone by two other orthopedic surgeons. I found Dr Saithna on a google search and saw that he had quite a few testimonials for biceps surgery on his instagram page. I went and saw him. I was impressed immediately because he was obviously an expert but also very easy to talk to and ask questions when the previous surgeons seemed to get upset if I questioned anything. Anyway Dr Saithna told me that it could be fixed and then within a week he got me in and did a minimally invasive surgery. The cramping pain in my biceps went away immediately after surgery and my arm looks normal again rather than weirdly shaped. It’s frustrating that I had to see 3 docs to find one who would actually listen but anyway I am very grateful to Dr Saithna for listening to me and for doing my surgery. I’m very happy with the results

My son injured his knee playing football and was diagnosed with a tibial spine avulsion fracture. His orthopedic surgeon said that he couldnt fix it because it was a complex injury and he needed to see a specialist because there was a high risk of knee stiffness or giving way. We were referred to Dr Saithna who said that it was important to do the surgery quickly and got us in that week. He did warn us about the same risks but also explained what he did to try to minimize them. The surgery went great and my son had minimal pain afterwards. He started PT right away and Dr Saithna saw him at regular intervals to check his progress. We never saw a PA - every appointment was with Dr Saithna who was also in frequent contact with physical therapy. We are so please that at 4 months after surgery my son has no swelling, or pain and feels like his knee is perfect. He has just been cleared to return to football and we couldnt be more pleased with Dr Saithna and his team! You guys are the best!

Happy with the advice and treatment options given. Office was friendly and Dr Saithna was on time and easy to talk to and ask questions. I got talking with another patient in the waiting area and they said that Dr Saithna had done two surgeries for them and both had gone great. That made me confident to have surgery with him too and I am excited to be getting it done next month.

I've been working hard with a personal trainer at lifetime scottsdale for the last year to get back into shape. I lost 47ibs and felt amaaaazing...until I hurt my shoulder working out! Who said exercise is good for you lol. Anyway, it was bad news when I got my MRI and it was a rotator cuff tear. My brother had his fixed a year ago and still cant do any sports. My personal trainer said that he knew a few clients who had surgery with Dr Saithna and that they were all doing really well so I made an appointment with him. Long story short, I had surgery and within 3 months I am back lifting weights in the gym. My brother lives out of state but next time he is in Arizona he is going to see Dr Saithna for a second opinion on his shoulder. I definitely highly recommend Dr Saithna!

My 13 year old son fractured the tibial spine in his knee. I have had 3 previous ACL surgeries which didnt work. Dr Saithna did a slope change osteotomy for me and revised my ACL. It feels very stable and is the best its ever been. I'm really happy I had this surgery with Dr Saithna because before surgery my knee was giving out all the time. Very happy with Dr Saithna and his team!

Dr Saithna repaired my ACL instead of reconstructing it. My coach did not even know it was possible to repair an ACL and was amazed by how quickly I recovered. My knee feels completely normal and I'm really happy I had a repair

I had a revision ACL reconstruction with Dr Saithna. My first one failed about 18 months after the surgery and I was very disappointed and thought I wouldnt go through it again. But I was recommended Dr Saithna by my PCP. Anyway I went to see him and he told me he would do an anterolateral ligament reconstruction with my revision surgery and that this would reduce the risk of it failing again. Well that was almost three years ago. My sister just had an ACL rupture so I was reminded of Dr Saithna and the great job he did for my knee which feels perfect 3 years after his surgery. Hoping hes going to do an amazing job for my lil sis too!

I highly recommend Dr Saithna. He did a great job for my surgery. On one occasion I had a 30 minute stint in the waiting room but otherwise all my appointments were pretty much on time. Dr Saithna apologised for the delay and spent plenty of time with me. I did not feel rushed that he was trying to catch up. Ultimately I am pleased I saw him because I am out of pain and can do anything I want since having surgery. The 5 stars are well-deserved
