Monica Immordino, MSN, APRN, WCC, is certified as a
Geriatric Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurse
Credentialing Center, ANCC, and is National Alliance of
Wound Care & Ostomy, Wound Care Certified, WCC.
At Conviva Care Center Orange Park, she provides
compassionate, patient-focused primary care with a
dedication to medical excellence.
Ms. Immodorino earned a Master of Science in Nursing
Gerontology from the University of Maryland in Baltimore.
She attended Montgomery College in Montgomery
County, Maryland, where she was awarded a Certification
of Excellence for achieving the highest exam score in
her graduating class. Ms. Immodorino has worked at
Shady Grove Adventist Hospital in Montgomery County,
Maryland, and at Heartland (HCR) ManorCare in Silver
Spring, Maryland, as a nurse practitioner.
She has also served as a clinical instructor in the
undergraduate nursing program at Columbia Union
College, which is now Washington Adventist University, in
Takoma Park, Washington. Ms. …Immodorino is a member of
the Gerontological Advanced Practice Nurses Association
and the Florida Nurse Practitioner Association. She enjoys
gardening, reading, and volunteering. She has given of her
time with a DC/MD soup kitchen and a Maryland Wellness
Bus to educate citizens on health risk prevention and
administer vaccines.
