Why isn't there an "amazing" category for krista van dam? Wow. I was so impressed with her, her ability to "speak my language", to hear me, to really show concern and interest and I almost fainted when she called me that day to talk about my bloodwork! I switched to her because the doctor I had been seeing (only saw her once) really did not care about me at all and it was obvious. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurse to of course krista was incredible. What a great experience and I feel fortunate to be under the virginia mason "fold".
