Abby Guirguis APRN-CNP is an Autonomous Family Nurse Practitioner serving patients across the state of Florida. She has an exclusively ONLINE Urgent Care & MORE practice, Tropical Telemedicine, where she sees patients ages 2 and older for their immediate healthcare needs. In addition to usual Urgent Care complaints, Abby also provides services such as Cosmetic Skincare, Medication Refills, Labs and Imaging Orders, Testosterone Replacement Therapies, Erectile Dysfunction Medications, Contraception (Birth Control) Services, Sleep Medication Therapies, Weight Loss Management and more! Appointments can be scheduled by online and through telephone booking options. Please note that while Abby always accepts new patients from anywhere in the state, she does not manage long-term healthcare or act as a Primary Care Provider.

Abby has 12 years of nursing experience, 7 of those in advanced practice. She is originally from Zanesville, Ohio. She was trained at the University of Cincinnati and The Ohio State University. She has gained valuable experience at UC Health, The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, Cleveland Clinic, WellNow Urgent Care Centers, and Sarasota Memorial Healthcare’s Urgent Care Centers.

Abby currently resides in Sarasota, FL. She enjoys running, cooking, boating, and traveling in her free
