Cindy Dominguez began her journey in healthcare over two decades ago, with a steadfast commitment to patient-centered care. Her nursing career started in 2008, advancing to the role of nurse practitioner in 2019. Cindy believes in shared decision-making, empowering patients to actively participate in their healthcare by understanding their options and choosing the path that best aligns with their goals. This philosophy is rooted in her belief that patient motivation leads to better health outcomes and a more fulfilling care experience. Her areas of expertise include the management of complex conditions such as diabetes (Type 1 and Type 2), thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, polycystic ovarian syndrome, hirsutism, hypogonadism, and diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Cindy also offers advanced care in insulin pump and continuous glucose monitor device management, as well as Qutenza treatment for neuropathic pain. She finds immense joy in following up with patients, celebrating their …successes, and supporting them every step of the way toward their health goals. A lifelong learner, Cindy has pursued specialized certifications to deepen her knowledge and enhance her practice. Beyond her clinical work, she enjoys reading, oil painting, crafting, and spending time with her family. Her passion for nursing began in childhood, driven by a desire to advocate for others, ensuring that every patient receives compassionate, high-quality care when they need it most.
