I made her my PCP after Dr. Coo moved away. I had terrible pain on the top left side of my pelvis for years and it was progressively getting worse at that time, so I scheduled an appointment. She sent me to the hospital for an x-ray. which was immediately sent to her for examination. I waited patiently in pain a week or longer for a follow up call, but the call never came so I eventually had to call the office to see if she had a chance to look over the test results. I know they can get extremely busy so I wanted to give her plenty of time to get back with me. When I called, they told me I would receive a call back. I patiently waited another week or more (still in pain) but the call never came. By this time, I was aggravated because I’d been in pain for so long and was depending on them to help me but it appeared I was being completely ignored. After more calling and eventually having to drive over there to complain because they kept neglecting to call me, they finally ended up… sending me back to the hospital for a CT scan without even telling me what the results of the x-ray showed, and guess what? I had to call them again because they didn’t call me with the results but, this time when I called, rather than having her call me back, they wanted to schedule another appointment. Fine. Just more money, more time and more pain, but I was hoping I would finally get some relief for my problem so after what seemed like eternity in pain while I waited AGAIN, I finally got in to see her. I guess she was mad at me for calling and for complaining about her neglect because she was very rude and vaguely told me what my problem was (I’m not sure if she even really knew what the problem was) but didn’t offer ANY advice/solutions, didn’t offer ANY treatment and didn’t even bother to refer me to a specialist, so I spent all that time and money for absolutely NOTHING and walked out of there in worse shape than I was when I made the first appointment. I hope she’s gotten better since I saw her last. If not, I hope this review helps her to improve.
