I wouldn't have given one star if it wasn't required in order to post a review. Today, June 12th, I had an appt. with this office at 1:30. Which I had made 2-3 months prior. I was going to be a new patient. I called the office at 12:15 to inform them that I was stuck in traffic, did I need to reschedule? The receptionist rudely stated you have a 15 minutes grace period. I told her, I thought I could arrive about 1:45. I arrived at 1:53. When I walked in and gave my name..She never gave me the opportunity to give my birth date. She stated what is a good time, and day for you? I didn't understand her, she then stated what day and time you want to reschedule? I told you 15 minutes. I told her that she could have told me to resschedule over the phone.. for I inquired. While leaving, I thought It truly would have saved me the expense of travel, for I am still under driving restrictions from surgery. I told her I would find someone new. She stated okay, unconcerned. The lady beside her… looked at me with concern. I was not going to argue. I didn't feel up to it. I had an emergency coronary triple bypass surgery(CABG) 4 weeks prior. On June 18th, I will see my cardiovascular thoracic surgeon, Dr. Robert Grant Willis, who I absolutely love his bedside manner and personality indeed!!! He's the best !!! He cares. You are human. It's most certainly not about the money with him. I will inquire about a recommendation from him.. One of St. Francis doctors recommended this practice. However, they most certainly not a fit for me. It's just nice to be nice!!! You don't need a reason!!

Dr. Pugh was great and then he retired. I started to see Natalie for my care and I'm highly disappointed. She does not listen to her patients and changed my medications after being stable for many years with Dr Pugh. She is over cautious and does not weigh the good versus the risk of taking certain medications. I'd even went to the pharmacy to refill one of my medications and once I got there after they said they refilled it Natalie's office had called and canceled it so I could not refill this important prescription that I've been taking for many years. Now I'm suffering from crying jags, low self-esteem, no motivation and the inability to sleep which causes stress on my body and irritates another medical condition that I have in a negative way. If she had dug into my medical records from Denver she would have seen the cause of my increased red blood cell count that has always been there since 2007. It is not directly related to the medication that she cut me off from but instead to… my positional sleep apnea. But I'm sure she didn't review all my medical records to determine that and most certainly didn't listen to me when I went to speak my opinion. I am glad I fired her and I'm seeing another doctor and a specialist that she should have referred me to before messing with my medications and dosages. I am also in the process of filing a complaint with Bon secours. I am posting this review to hopefully allow others to make an informed decision before seeking treatment here. My life has been not very joyful and I feel terrible since I began seeing her. Dr Pugh that I seen for over 12 years was very intelligent caring and took the time to actually talk to his patients to determine the best care for them.

Natalie H. Lovell Sherman, APRN, HNB, GNP is an outstanding Primary M/D. For my health care. She is capable, well and clear spoken, Intelligent and conversant medical technician easily understood and has my total confidence!
