Wow! One of the worst customer services experiences ever. Unfortunately, this is just another Dr who thinks their time is more valuable than everyone else's. First, after booking an in-person appointment for a cold, I was called and told I was not allowed to come into the office. When I asked why they said they don't allow people to come into the office with those symptoms because "there's stuff going around." The receptionist who called me was very rude. I have asthma and have some lung congestion from the cold. How can the doctor properly evaluate this over a phone call? How can they tell if my breathing was sufficient? Then, after my virtual appointment time was 15 minutes late, I called in see what was going on and was told that they couldn't give me a timeframe on how much longer it would be and was again handled by a very rude and disrespectful receptionist. Finally, 1 hour later I get a phone call from Nathan Watson. I first asked if is he thought being 1 hour late for an appointment was acceptable? At which point he became irate and said "DO YOU WANT TO TALK ABOUT ME BEING LATE OR YOUR MEDICAL ISSUES" I stated I just thought that an apology would be reasonable which angered him more and then he hung up. The first experience I had with Nathan Watson year ago for a regular check was ok, but his clinic has really fell off. I would suggest going elsewhere for your medical treatment.
