Nicole says she is honored to join Altrix Primary Care, and is committed to providing exceptional healthcare and “treating every patient and family as if they were my own.”
The mission of Altrix Primary Care is to advance high quality primary care services throughout the United States through a nurse practitioner (NP) model of care. Altrix Primary Care is an affiliate of America’s Nurses, a public benefit corporation, whose mission is to support nurse practitioners in building strong practices that transform healthcare, strengthen communities, and advance the NP profession. We know that nurse practitioners bring a unique, urgently needed, set of skills to primary care. Altrix (“nurse” in Latin) Primary Care is distinguished by the America’s Nurses model of care.
We believe our patients will achieve better health because they are being cared for by a nurse practitioner. Come see for yourself how Altrix Primary Care/America’s Nurses care makes a difference. To call for an appointment.
