I'm so disgusted at this point. Having been wrongfully dismissed from pain management. Nicole Morris sent me a letter claiming I was overdosed and suicidal. And dismissed me from pain care. She would not return my calls or answer my letter. She completely shut me out without communication. I was ill since last September and by February 2025 I had developed severe insomnia. After several nights without sleep, I went to local ER. I was referred to psychiatrist care for INSOMNIA!!!! Upon release, I received the letter of dismissal from Nicole. She claimed I had failed a drug test was overdosed and suicidal. My medical records will show that this was never the case. If this was true I would accept it...But being falsely dismissed and labeled with something that never happened is more than anyone could take. I have found out that I infact do have another cancer to deal with. I now suffer unfairly from lack a pain medication..Trying to reestablish with a new pain clinic while having… this misinformation hanging over me is impossible. I have filled a grievance with mercy.. I will also file with the medical board. I understand there are people who abuse the system and who are suicidal and all that. I am not one.. Even someone who IS suicidal should be given some respect. I feel so hurt and ashamed when I done nothing to deserve this.. I guess I will see them in court.. it didn't have to be like this.. She wanted to hear nothing from me...now she can explain it to a judge...where she came up with that false information...

I can't say enough about Nicole Morris! She is always so on top of my medical history and more than willing to help me to make changes to help me live a healthier and happier life. I greatly I appreciate her so much!! I truly hope this can be seen by her and staff so they know they are doing an amazing job and are very much appreciated!!
