Amy Ellsworth, FNP-C, PhD, is a dedicated healthcare provider with a simple but powerful motivation: helping people live healthier, fuller lives. Originally from Las Vegas, Amy chose to build her career in Utah, where she has deep family roots in the Sandy area...and a much cooler climate! Her personal journey, combined with advanced clinical training and the completion of her PhD, gives her both the expertise and the perspective to care for patients with skill, empathy, and intention.
