Humble and friendly to patient.

Ashley N Shishido is a good provider. She explained things easy to understand and answered all my questions. I definitely recommend her to other patients who need GI care.The customer service and MA were also great.It will take me more than one hour to get to my appointment in person due to other car accident, and I would be late if I drove there. The call center was able to change my appointment to virtual appointment. MA also assisted set up virtual appointment. I was able to see my provider on time. A staff called and made an diagnosis test appointment for me. However, I called three time to try to reschedule and still have not be able to reach staff that could help me reschedule appointment. I definitely recommend that the staff could improve on scheduling.

Was super attentive and responsive to my issues. Only negative is that care provider was NP and not MD, and certain issues required MD's input to resolve, so I've had to wait for resolution.

Ashley Shishido took extra time to hear my concerns and was very thorough with her questioning as well as examination. She left me feeling that regardless of my symptoms, we would be able to rule out what is not an issue and find what is causing my symptoms.

Dr Ashley S was very kind, attentive and listened well. She showed knowledge of my needs snd seemed to care.

Provider appeared somewhat dismissive of my initial concerns. With additional explanation of my symptoms, she was very helpful either information and scheduled a procedure.

I finally got some answers I was hoping to get. Ashley took the to explain my cirrhosis of my liver condition .

I had questions due to outside information I had received and Ashley did a thorough explanation of my condition and reason for medication along with a referral for additional ways for me to be proactive. She brought the areas being discussed into a clearer picture with visual aids.
