My journey into psychiatric care evolved from personal life experience that ignited my passion for providing compassionate care. I am passionate about working on lifestyle changes with you, such as exploring aspects like exercise, dietary choices, supplements, or sleep habits, all with the aim of enhancing your life without resorting to excessive medication. My initial experience in a traditional mental health clinic highlighted the limitations of an insurance-based model and the time constraints that hinder the provider-patient relationship.
