Daniel Wintroub, APRN

Daniel Wintroub is a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Born and raised in Southern California in a blue-collar family, Daniel's passion for teamwork and collaboration was nurtured through his early involvement in soccer. His experiences competing in sports also instilled in him a lifelong commitment to continuous learning and honing his skills.

Daniel earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Management & HR. He was guided by valuable life lessons on responsibility and time management that he gleaned from his first job during high school. However, he quickly realized his true calling was elsewhere. Daniel bravely changed career paths without hesitation, leading him to nursing. So he went on to obtain his Masters of Science, Nursing at the Charles Drew University Los Angeles, California and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practioner Post-Master’s Certificate at the University of Cincinnati, Ohio.

His Master of Science in …Nursing and Post-Master's Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certificate were both significant milestones on his journey. Driven by personal experiences witnessing the destructive impact of untreated mental illness and substance abuse on family and friends, Daniel found his purpose in helping others overcome these challenges.

Describing himself as transparent, attentive, and adaptive, Daniel is a professional who listens, helps, and fosters trust. He assures his clients of his honesty, consideration, and respect, not just in his words but also through his actions. As a testament to his commitment, despite the challenges in his field, Daniel finds motivation in witnessing the transformative power of effective help, and the resulting fulfilled, happy, and productive lives of his clients.
