I have over 20 years of experience in behavioral health, working in both outpatient and inpatient settings. I am skilled at helping clients taper off psychiatric medications when appropriate or finding alternative ways to address symptoms without relying on medication. I focus on incorporating elements such as diet, lifestyle changes, and nutritional supplements, combined with talk therapy, to effectively manage feelings of depression and anxiety with minimal side effects. Additionally, I provide medication and medication management when necessary for symptom relief. I am also an integrative psychiatric provider committed to helping patients feel more emotionally stable, physically strong, and spiritually grounded. My purpose is to educate patients about the connection between their emotional well-being, dietary choices, exposure to toxins, and actions they can take to improve their moods.
