Great care, excellent bedside manner. Made me feel comfortable, and I felt I was well informed.

I do not recommend. This was my first time having to be seen at a cardiologist office. First, I should have been seen by a doctor and not a NP for the first visit. I had just got out the ER the previous morning. She didn’t even bother to read the records from the ER or the urgent care visit. I could tell by the fact I had to tell her more than once I was in the ER and she asked what they did. I went to a Banner urgent care and ER. She had her computer in front of her and the only time she went to the record was to see what prescription the ER gave me. I was referred to this office as urgent. She acted like I was wasting her time, she did ask if I had any questions as she was proceeding to leave the room. I do not know if I should find comfort that she felt I was a waste of her time meaning that there is nothing wrong with me or if she just had a poor bedside manner. Either way i will be finding care elsewhere.
