Juliet Richardson

Nurse Richardson is very compassionate towards her patients. She’s also empathetic. She is an active listener, who not only demonstrates that she hears her patience, but engages with her patients to make them feel heard and seen. I would highly recommend her because she truly wants to help. She will be an asset to any practice. I wish there were more caring healthcare providers like her! Empathy is compassion in action you either have it or you don’t. This is something that is not taught in medical school or nursing school. Her honesty was a brief of first year and in this day and age of gaslighting in the healthcare field I appreciated her taking the time to sit down with me to go over my plan of care and to let me know what was realistic. I hope she doesn’t change or become jaded due to the apathetic culture that is persistent in Pennsylvania again she comes highly recommended and will try to go above and beyond to help you with your treatment.
