During her doctoral program at the University of Central Florida, where she earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree, Kaleigh focused her research on depression screening within underserved Latinx populations. Her findings highlighted a significant gap in mental health care access, inspiring her to pursue an additional certification …in psychiatric-mental health nursing from the University of Miami. Her mission has since been to bridge that gap and ensure individuals receive the mental health support they need.
Raised in Florida, Kaleigh grew up surrounded by outdoor adventures—boating, fishing, camping, and beach outings with her family. This active lifestyle helped shape her holistic approach to wellness, emphasizing the importance of both physical and mental health. Coming from a family of healthcare professionals, she was encouraged to explore the field early on, further igniting her passion for making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.
Kaleigh believes in fostering a safe and welcoming space where clients feel comfortable discussing their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. She views therapy as a collaborative process, working closely with each individual to create meaningful, lasting changes that enhance their quality of life. Honest, loyal, and deeply caring, she is dedicated to tailoring her approach to meet each client’s unique needs and goals.
