Kathy D Martin, MSN, ACNPC-AG

Kathy D. Martin, MSN, ACNPC-AG is a certified nurse practitioner with Saint Vincent Medical Group Cancer Wellness Center. Kathy has over twenty five years of experience to her practice and has devoted her career to patients with hematological and oncological conditions. Kathy focuses on providing the highest quality patient centered care that is individualized to meet the complex needs of this patient population.
Kathy began her career as an infusion nurse, then an Oncology nurse navigator, and recently acted as an Oncology Clinical and Program Manager. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Rhode Island and South Eastern Massachusetts OncologyNursing Society and has facilitated various cancer support groups over the years. Kathy has coordinated many cancer educational programs and has provided community outreach events focusingon cancer screening, risk assessment, cancer prevention and survivorship.
Kathy is with a well-respected team of professionals dedicated to providing …exceptional care at the Saint Vincent Cancer and Wellness Center. Kathy graduated from Rhode Island College for both her undergraduate and graduate degrees. Kathy completed a year of clinicaltraining in various settings including a pain clinic, emergency room and an inpatient Hospice unit. She graduated Magna Cum Laude at Rhode Island College and was inducted into Sigma Theta Tau, an international honor society of nursing. Kathy is certified by the American Association of Critical Care Nurses.
