First time I saw her. I had no problem communicating with her. Once she realized I have a hearing deficiency she was careful to accommodate me by speaking directly and loud enough.

She was very knowledgeable, patient and a good listener. She also one of 2 doctors that read my chart and knew that I had a hearing problem w/my right ear and made sure she stayed on my left side.

Kelly was concerned about my condition. She made a referral for me and made sure I got in to see the other doctor promptly. She asked for another doctor's option about my condition. I felt she was very thorough.

Kelly was wonderful. She seemed so caring and listened to my concerns. She did not seem rushed and was very respectful. I had a great experience seeing her and will continue to make appointments with Kelly for future care.
