I do not recommend this provider if you want a thorough work up. This provider has tunnel vision, doesn't take the time to consider the case and is very adamant about his opinion even though at the end of the day that is one medical opinion. Also if you don't do a work up like an MRI then you cannot be this adamant about the medical diagnosis as you did not take the time to confirm your diagnosis. And he isn't the one paying for the diagnostics but he is acts like it is costing him something to give you a referral. One of the main jobs of a general practitioner is to provide a patient with a referral especially when his psychiatrist recommends it. But at the end of the day he received money from the appointment and did not want to provide a referral and made the entire process just way more complicated then it ever needed to be. Waste of time/money.
