I would leave 0 stars if I could. She literally dropped my brother as a patient because he was suicidal. So at his lowest point, she decided to leave him to struggle with that on his own. What kind of person does that?? Absolutely appalling. I guess she didn’t want that possibility associated with her name so rather than having the empathy to help, she decided to separate from him completely to keep her record clean. I’m assuming she also knew she was incapable of actually helping someone in mental crisis and doesn’t have the knowledge and skills to do the job she was hired to do. If you’re looking for mental health help, look for someone who actually cares to help and won’t abandon you at your lowest point.
