Growing up as an Asian American in a culture where mental illness was stigmatized, I witnessed firsthand how difficult it can be to seek support for emotional struggles. These experiences shaped my mission as a provider: to help destigmatize mental health and create a space where conversations about depression, mood disorders, PTSD, and stress are not only welcomed but encouraged.
