OMOTOYA SOFELA, PMHNP, is a BOARD-CERTIFIED PSYCHIATRIC NURSE PRACTITIONER (ANCC) with nearly two decades of nursing experience. She earned a BS from York University (Toronto), an MSN from Walden University, and an MBA from the University of Lagos. Omotayo began her career in med/surg at William Osler Health Centre (Brampton, ON), worked at Willis-Knighton (Shreveport, LA), and later served as an RN in psychiatric settings in Houston, TX.Omotayo leads Abisom Behavioral Health LLC, serving patients ages 12+ in Houston, TX, and Albuquerque, NM, with both in-person and telepsychiatry options.
