• I saw Patty Woods one time because my doctor had left this practice and I needed refills on my medications. I would never see her again. I have severe allergies to chemicals that keep me isolated and cause anxiety before being around new people, especially enclosed in an exam room. On a private message chat that stated I was communicating with Patty I asked her if she was wearing fragrance that day, and she could not tell me if she was or not. I also asked other medical questions on this private chat that were answered in a vague manner. When I asked why she couldn't tell me on the chat if she had on fragrance, Patty told me that she never answers her chats, you’re talking to her receptionist. That was not apparent in this chat or mentioned. I requested a telehealth appointment to accommodate my disability but was denied that request because although I had been a patient at the office for years, it was the first time seeing her. All the medications were refills, no now issues. When… Patty entered the room, she had a student with her. I told her I wanted the appointment private, without the student, and she replied "No. We like to teach." and brought the student in with her against my wishes. Patty Woods was condescending, unkind, and almost adversarial as I sat there in frustration and felt helpless. It was awful to have a doctor treat me so badly, and not even respect my right to medical privacy. I left this office immediately knowing the only good things about it were the people who left with my doctor. Being vulnerable and having a person who you are going to for help treat you so flippant and with no empathy was a terrible experience. If you are looking for a practitioner where you are nothing but a number and will be farmed out to every other place for every little need, this is it. Terrible in every way. I saw Patty Woods in her CDA office.

Patty is cold, unapproachable, and extremely condescending. After three seperate visits, trying to give her the benefit of the doubt, I left so frustrated, hurt, and alone. She has already made up her mind about whats best for the patient without actually listening. Then, when I questioned, advocated for myself and spoke my mind, she turned argumentative, spoke to me like I was an ill-behaved child and topped it off with a guilt trip. I 100% recommend staying away. I have never been so disappointed in a provider
