I’m not at all impressed with her. I saw her at the VA and explained my skepticism about healthcare post COVID and had been sent to her by my therapist (dealing with PTSD after 3 deployments) because I needed help sleeping. After a tense conversation, she told me “You need to take the whole COVID era, put it in a box, put it on the shelf or burn the box. Then move on.” Firstly, the healthcare industry doesn’t get to tell us to just move on and trust them, asking us to act like it never happened. Secondly, she then labeled me as “likely” having borderline personality disorder and prescribed an antipsychotic (for sleep issues??) with significant side effects. She really just confirmed my mistrust.
