Sadie Milbrath is a family nurse practitioner who coordinates and cares for a wide range of patients and health conditions across all age groups.

Many of her patients come in for routine health checkups, preventive care and management of chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes and asthma.
She also treats common acute illnesses like upper respiratory infections, urinary tract infections and seasonal allergies.
Additionally, Milbrath treats mental health concerns such as anxiety and depression, which are increasingly common in primary care settings.
Her role involves not only treating these conditions but also focusing on education and lifestyle modifications to help prevent more serious health issues in the future.
“Building meaningful relationships allows me to understand my patient's unique needs and challenges," she said.
Milbrath chose family medicine so she could help a wide variety of people from her community.
