I’m passionate about heart health — it’s an exciting area to work in and one that has personally impacted my family, making my work feel deeply meaningful. I believe a lot can be achieved through lifestyle changes and the right therapy plan, and I find great joy in watching people reach higher levels of wellness and confidence in their health.My approach is focused on quality of life. I’ll work with you to achieve your goals with the aim of helping you feel better. I want everyone who walks out of the clinic to feel empowered, heard and cared about.I’m especially passionate about heart failure care and have worked extensively in this clinical area. I’ve served on the Canadian Heart Failure Society's Board of Directors, been a member of the Canadian Nursing and Allied Health Council for heart failure and presented on this topic at both provincial and national levels.In addition to my work in cardiology, I have training in palliative care and diabetes management. I’ve also begun …training in functional medicine (lifestyle medicine), and I’m passionate about addressing the root causes of disease and optimizing wellbeing.Outside of work, I love to cook, read, get outside for walks and see live music.
