In my recent experience with Suzanne, I was shocked to learn that she submitted a diagnostic claim to the insurance bureau indicating that I had a specific medical disorder—without any supporting evidence or clinical basis. When I confronted her about this and requested that she amend the claim to reflect the truth, she insisted that I would need to undergo a blood test to disprove the diagnosis. This placed the burden of proof on me, despite her having no diagnostic testing, clinical evaluation, or symptoms to justify her original claim. I respectfully asked her again to correct or retract the false information, but she refused. Her stance was unwavering, even though she could not provide any documentation or medical findings to support her claim. Subsequently, I received a letter from her office stating that I was no longer permitted to contact her—effectively cutting off communication after I sought transparency and correction regarding the matter.
