Ryan the eye tech was absolutely outstanding. He was kind and patient, at my facility we have sunflower nominations for non nursing roles, he deserves a sunflower nomination. I am glad there is eye care closer to home as we were driving from Peshtigo to Milwaukee before I found the Appleton clinic. I wish the doctor was a little more thorough in explaining things as I didn't know only one of her eyes had a prescription.

All the staff we came across were phenomenal, they were so friendly and their interactions with my child were nothing short of amazing! They were patient and when it came To Explaining, I knew everything that was going to happen and how it was to happen. They created a plan of care with me and put me at ease about concerns I had! Truly amazing staff and people!!
