I see children, adolescents, adults, and couples in a safe, confidential and non-judgmental environment. I work with individuals, groups, and families working through trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. In addition, I often see children suffering from low self-esteem, victims of abuse, ADHD, and other behavioral issues. I also provide career coaching as a consult service and serve as an advocate for children who have an IEP/504 plan. I can offer an integrative approach working with both individuals and sometimes their significant other/family member or parent to provide the best outcome. Life can be stressful.
