Qun Xu

Nurse Practitioner Xu (who they call Trine) is the absolutely worst. She was the other provider I was pawned off on. This appointment was supposed to be about following up on incredibly concerning test results. Trine had no idea about any of it or any of the extra testing that needed to be done, because again Dr. Sun NEVER put any of it in the chart. I had to insistently demand she order this incredibly important test. Trine doesn't know what FMLA is, doesn't know how stomach digestion works, and her answers to my other concerns were incredibly concerning in that she just doesn't know anything about gastroenterology. So you give yourself 24 hours to chill out and compose yourself and send in a respectfully worded complaint about how this all went. There is no discussion. No follow up. No customer service. They just reply back to you that they will no longer be seeing you as a patient. Is this even ethical? It doesn't feel like it.
