Dr. Rafi Fredman, MD

Dr. Rafi Fredman is a board-certified plastic surgeon and CEO of Amelia Aesthetics in St. Charles, Missouri, where he focuses on helping patients feel confident, informed, and supported throughout their surgical journey. Dr. Fredman completed his plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he trained across a wide range of procedures, including breast surgery and body contouring. His training emphasized both technical precision and patient-centered care, something that continues to define his practice today.

He earned his medical degree from the Sackler School of Medicine in Tel Aviv, where he was awarded the Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence. He completed his undergraduate studies at Boston University, graduating with a degree in Human Physiology and earning Dean’s List honors.
