Meet Sabrina Belisle MS, RDSabrina Belisle has experience working in multiple clinical nutrition areas including pediatrics, eating disorder care and sports nutrition. She also worked as a personal trainer throughout college and currently coaches triathletes. Sabrina specializes in general healthy eating, heart health, sports nutrition, pediatric nutrition and disordered eating.Approach to CareSabrina is passionate about helping others make sustainable nutrition and lifestyle changes to improve health. She uses evidence based nutrition science and follows an all foods fit philosophy as well as a weight inclusive approach to health. You will talk about important medical background as it pertains to nutrition, what your …nutrition and diet looks like, as well as lifestyle pieces such as exercise and sleep. You will discuss steps to move forward towards your goals at each session. Sabrina typically meets with patients on a weekly basis to start and then increases spacing between sessions as appropriate.More About SabrinaSabrina enjoys training for triathlons which includes swimming, biking, and running. Her favorite distance is the half Ironman distance - a 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike ride and 13.1 mile run! She also enjoys spending time with her two Aussie mix dogs, and training them for agility and canicross competition.
