Timothy James Wisniewski

This psychologist has major boundary issues as he has several patients that he helps promote their businesses. He regularly during group treatment will brag about having been an OMH Evaluator who could keep people in jail. Instead of helping a patient who Dr. Wisniewski would regularly call "Borderline" and role his eyes, he would say things like how long is this going to take. He could have clearly helped this individual focus his thoughts and set a time or word limit for reporting. With another patient in group therapy, he had instructed his staff to work with the patient about a possible clinic location, that the patient could possibly obtain for free for the doctor. Dr. Wisniewski was demeaning and would not provide a treatment plan even after a year of service. He and his MHLCs regularly used personal cell phones to capture clinical information that patients had written to a white board, which likely indicates HIPAA compliance issues.
