I was seen in a timely manner all my questions and concerns were addressed.

(My appointment was in the late afternoon, for those wondering) I had to pry every bit of information out of her. She just kept asking, “why are you here? Right, Dr. ‘such & such’ wanted you to see me. So do you have any questions for me?” She was incredibly wishy-washy, not at all concrete, with information on my options and what they entail. I had to explain I knew nothing about my reason for seeing her, that it was all new to me, so I had every question for her! Even still, EVERYTHING she told me, she followed up with, “but that’s really up to you, everyone is different, every dr, every patient, so I really don’t know what you are going to choose to do, but it’s your body, so do what you feel.” She had a very lackadaisical approach to my visit. She went off subject and told me about things she does for her health, that had no connection to what I’m dealing with. My appointment was supposed to last a half hour, but it went closer to a hour of mumbly- jumbly, surface talk that… gave me no information on what to do, where to go or how to prepare for my upcoming situation. I finished the appointment more confused than when I started. Mind you, she was very nice to me, I just felt my 10 year old could’ve given me the same amount of information that she did. I’ve NEVER had an encounter with a Wellspan Dr., or ANY other Dr., quite like this. Honestly, I feel awful for even leaving a bad review…had I read something like this prior to my appointment, I could’ve spent that hour being productive, rather than being left flabbergasted, like I am now.
