Marc Harrison, MD, is Associate Chief of Staff and Director of Medical Operations for the Cleveland Clinic Health System. He received a B.A. from Haverford College in 1986, a medical degree from Dartmouth Medical School in 1990, and a Masters in Medical Management from Carnegie Mellon University in 2007. Dr. Harrison trained in Pediatrics and Critical Care at the University of Utah. After joining the staff of the Children's Hospital at Cleveland Clinic in 1999, he served as Medical Director of the PICU (2001-2004) and as Chairman of the Department of Pediatric Critical Care (2004-2006). He is particularly interested in using business principles to facilitate clinical outcomes and hospital operations. Dr. Harrison is a Fellow of both the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Society of Critical Care Medicine, as well as a member of the American College of Physician Executives.
